Santa Maria, Ca Children's Montessori School Butterfly Launch & Butterfly Garden Program

"It was a privilege to present these students with a " Butterfly Hero" Award, they  are the " new heroes" and they have made a significant contribution by planting and tending their Butterfly Gardens to insure the continued existence of the American Western Monarch butterflies annual migrations and butterflies in general. It is my hope that children across America will become involved in butterfly gardening programs ". A special thank you to Judy & Hardy Hearn on behalf of the Best Western " Big America " Hotel in Santa Maria, Ca and the Edgewater Inn & Suites located in Pismo Beach, Ca for their caring donation of the " Free As A Butterfly " Campaign, CD, Enviro Paks published by Images Press designed to give these early education students an awareness of the fragile network and the importance of the American Western Monarch butterflies major regular over-wintering habitats on California's Central Coast."
